Ingredients For the salad:
One fresh nopal pad
2 cloves of garlic
¼ of a white onion
One pear, or apple, or prickly pear (tuna)
½ cup of red and yellow cherry tomatoes
A few slivers of thin red onion
Salt
Ingredients Dressing
¼ cup of grape seed oil
1 1/2 tablespoon of mice garlic
1 ½ tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
A dash of salt
Ingredients Garnish
Nuts: either pepitas, pecans, or pine nuts
Cilantro leaves
Presentation
Once nopales had been cooked and mixed with all the ingredients, plate this salad on a tostada
